What if true freedom comes from being deeply connected to your center?
In this episode of Room to Evolve, I sit down with Dr. Sandi Russom to explore how the deep core and pelvic floor influence whole body health, and the surprising ease that can emerge when we learn to support ourselves from the inside out.
Together, we explore the body as an interconnected system where the health of the core influences balance, breath, movement, posture, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Sandi shares how strengthening and reconnecting with the core can create greater stability, reduce pain, and help the entire body function with more freedom and ease.
The conversation also moves beyond the physical, touching on the deeper connection between focus, alignment, commitment, and living from a grounded center.
You’ll hear reflections on:
What “core connection” actually means
The relationship between the core and whole body health
How small imbalances can ripple throughout the body
Why support and stability create greater freedom
The connection between breath, posture, and nervous system regulation
Practicing healing and strengthening in sustainable, accessible ways
Creating ease from the inside out
This episode is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and consider what happens when we stop living from the periphery and begin returning to the center.
As you listen, notice:
Where in your life are you seeking ease without support?
What changes when you feel grounded and connected in your body?
What practices help you return to your center again and again?
You don’t have to force transformation. Sometimes healing begins simply by reconnecting with what has always been holding you.
